New Mochalicious Espresso Cookies Fresh from the ovens of Immaculate Baking Company!!

Immaculate Baking Company, known for making great-tasting cookies with imaginative flavors and folk art-inspired packaging, is launching the newest addition to their cookie lineup, Mochalangelos, at the Fancy Food Show in New York this weekend.
Made with freshly ground espresso, roasted pecans, and two kinds of rich chocolate, Mochalangelos are truly a cookie masterpiece.
"We started out with a recipe for a chocolate chip pecan cookie and realized it was kind of boring. Then we went crazy adding in fresh ground espresso and white chocolate chips and before we knew it, we had stumbled upon a masterpiece!," says Scott Blackwell, President and CEO of Immaculate. "We're very excited about the marketability of the Mochalangelos. They will be a big hit in coffee shops, delis, grocery stores, and in gift baskets as well!"
Mochalangelos will join Immaculate's award-winning cookie line including such flavors as Leapin' Lemon, Pumpkin Gingerlies, and Sweet Georgia Brownies. Mochalangelos will be available in 7 oz. cartons which feature a painting entitled "Cowboy" an original piece of American Folk Art carved by Carl Dixon.
