Immaculate Hires Business Development Team, Plans For Rapid Growth

Immaculate Baking Company, Immaculate Baking, known for its imaginative cookie flavors and folk art-decorated packaging, has announced the hires of Greg Lagios and Mark Nunn to its rapidly expanding team. Greg Lagios will take on the role of Vice President of Business Development, while Mark Nunn will serve as Director of Business Development.

Greg Lagios comes to Immaculate from Oregon Chai where, as VP of Foodservice, he developed a national distribution network of over 300 broadline and specialty distributors and helped grow sales from $5MM to $12MM in 3 years. Prior to Oregon Chai, Greg spent 5 years with Mrs. Smith's Bakeries as Regional Sales Manager and National Accounts Manager. At Immaculate, Greg will be responsible for developing their foodservice business as well as large specialty and club accounts.
Mark Nunn also joins Immaculate from Oregon Chai where he maintained several roles including Midwest Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales in the west. Prior to Oregon Chai, Mark spent 8 years with Nabisco and Heinz in roles encompassing field sales and key national accounts. Mark will be teaming up with Greg to develop business opportunities within the channels of foodservice, specialty and club accounts.
